As we wrap up Summer of 2021 we're having our last class for the season outside in McMichael Park this evening! Looking forward to seeing our students there before we move back in-doors for the Fall.
(5:45-6:30pm kids class; 6:30-7:30pm adults class)
All classes are back to the online Zoom format for the foreseeable future to protect ourselves and our families from Covid as best as possible. Be safe, stay healthy, and enjoy your holidays!

- Rich EThe teaching is amazing everyone there has great character and respect for each other and the diversity you'll experience is endless. This is for anybody even considering practicing this form. But be careful with the teacher, she can be a bit scary at times, but it's all worth it and again the class is for and welcomes anybody and everybody. Dont hesitate.
- Samuel GWonderful experience! I enjoy the instruction, culture, and excitement in the roda. I definitely would recommend to anyone who is a history buff, martial artist, or somebody who is looking to stay in shape.
- Ian LSuper relaxed environment makes it really fun to learn Capoeira.
